Forgot to mention... J-pop Stop!

This blog will not only be about books/novels and mangas that I recommend, but also about music artists and their songs that I recommend. Hence the title of the blog. ^_^

My favorite songs right now are two J-pop (japanese pop) songs. One is Lonely in Gorgeous. It's the theme song for Paradise Kiss, the anime. I forget what the artist's name is, so I'll look that up later and report it.

Personally, I've never watched Paradise Kiss, but I've heard good things about it. So far, I know that it's about this model who is falling for her managers, or something like that. ^_^;

The last one is the theme song for Ouran High School Host Club. (OHSHC) This is truly a great anime series. Unfortunately. the whole series isn't on Youtube in English, nor in English subtitles. So go look it up on www.imeem.com or on www.megavideo.com

OHSHC is about a girl winding up working fir a host club. The rest of the members like her, and some crush on her. It's so KAWAII!! ^O^

But yeah. The song is called Sakura Kiss, and it is the opening theme song. It's ah-dorable! XD

Books or Mangas?

Alright. When Two are One is an Atreyu song, I know. But I decided to name my blog that, and that's that.

This blog will be about books and mangas that I recommend. And it won't be books that most people know about, either. (like Twilight, Maximum Ride, Harry Potter, etc. Although those are good, they get enough publicity already.) (oh, by the way, for people who don't know what a manga is: A manga is a japanese comic book. Otaku's get really po'd if you call it a comic book, though, so just call it a manga. There are Romance, comedy, action, horror, fantasy and lots other types of mangas. Sometimes, the author will blend together two different types of categories. And, if you're straight/strictly Christian, DO NOT PICK UP A YAOI! OR YURI! And that's all you need to know. ^_~)

The first manga I shall recommend is Love Attack by Shizuru Seino. It's a romantic comedy about a high school girl (named Chiemi Yusa) and guy (named Hirata Akufumi). Chiemi is stubborn but kind to others, as long as they're not bullies! Then she'll beat the crap out of 'em! Hirata is a all-around good guy, except when you tick him off! WATCH OUT! What happens when their lives are entwined together? FIND OUT WHEN YOU READ IT!! DUH! ^_^

Seriously, guys. This book is so cute and funny. It's definitely a must-read!
