A lot has happened in the period of my absence.
But I never finished reading Eldest. And I STILL haven't read Brsingr (is that how you spell it?).
I caught up a lot on my manga. I need Love Attack! volume 6 now. And I've pretty much read all that was available for Skip Beat! (vol 23) and Vampire Knight (vol. 10). Fushugi Yuugi is in progress. I have a love/hate relationship with that manga. On one hand, the guys in it are extremely hot, Yuu Watase is one of my favorite manga-ka's, and the plot line is great. She always throws in twists and turns that you don't expect.
Speaking of Watase-sama, I've read pretty much all of her work that is available in America.

I heard that Princess Ai had a sequel now. I read a segment of it, but I haven't read the original series. YET!

New series to check out:
NG Life -- all yaoi fans will get a laugh out of this one. [The main character remembers his past life and finds his 'soulmate' in another. But they're both DUDES.] Bahahaha. No intense yaoi scenes yet, just a tiny bit of fluff.
Maid-Sama! -- not a porno, I assure you. [The high school class president is found to work at a maid café!] Very cute and funny.
Shugo Chara! -- beautiful artwork and storyline. I love Ikuto-kun! [An elementary school girl wakes up one morning to find that she's laid eggs!] Yeah. that's the best I can do with the summary. It gets more complex as you go on, and that's all I can say without revealing the whole freaking storyline.
Shinobi Life -- think naruto without the in-depth storyline. [A ninja falls out of the sky and is bound to protect the girl he lands on. He's from the past, and thinks that she's a princess.] A heart-warming tale about love and loss. :)
